A certified loan signing agent, also known as a Notary Signing Agent or NSA is generally a public notary who is experienced and specializes in loan closing documents and has received a certification.  A lender, title company, or escrow service may seek the services of a notary signing agent to obtain necessary signatures, and in some cases deliver the documents to the client or borrower.  It is important to note that notary signing agents are an impartial party to the transaction and are prohibited from giving legal advice or in any way interpreting the meaning of or altering the documents.

Yes, since we are primarily a mobile notary service, you will need to make an appointment in advance of your signing in order to ensure a Notary will be available to see you. This also allows us to ensure we have all necessary documents in advance so that your appointment is as brief as possible for you.

As a Notary one of our fundamental duties is to properly identify our client(s). Although most states have adopted in part or in whole the identity requirements set forth by the Model Notary Act, it is always important to understand that  states have their own notary laws and rules.  Common accepted forms of identification are:

•   State-issued driver’s license
•   State-issued identification card
•   U.S. military identification card
•   U.S. passport
•   Resident alien identification card (green card)

The price will depend on the document(s) being signed and exactly what the notary is required to do.  Please note it will often be necessary to see the document(s) in advance in order for us to provide an accurate fee estimate.

We will meet you in a place that is convenient for you, whether it be your home, office or other public meeting place like a coffeeshop.  We pride ourselves on being prompt and prepared.
